Mina, who lives in the imperial free city of Welbaden, is curious about the newspaper that a printing workshop she knows has recently started to publish. Having lost her mother in a witch hunt seven years ago, she feels more strongly than anyone else about the importance of accurately conveying the facts to people.　Then, one day, she hears a disturbing rumor that a witch spread the plague. In order to create a society where normally good citizens are not led astray by superstitions and rumours... Mina decides to become a newspaper reporter herself.
